We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team in Detroit, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of operations within our logistics hub. You will be instrumental in receiving, warehousing, and distributing materials, parts, and products. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, transferring materials to and from production or storage areas, and ensuring accurate inventory counts. A strong commitment to workplace safety is paramount, as you will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other warehouse staff and management to achieve daily operational goals. We expect all team members to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency. Regular inspections of the forklift and reporting any maintenance issues will be a key responsibility to ensure equipment longevity and operational safety. Compliance with all OSHA regulations is mandatory. Successful candidates must be able to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.

- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and reading skills.
