Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Madison, Wisconsin! We are seeking motivated individuals to perform a variety of warehouse duties, including picking, packing, stocking, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves and maintain organization throughout the warehouse.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting equipment safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, contributing to overall warehouse safety and logistics flow.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned, fostering a team-oriented approach.
  • Understand and support the logistics chain from receipt to dispatch.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated candidates.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting, typically up to 30-40 pounds.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and the importance of Safety.
  • Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Must be reliable and punctual, with a commitment to teamwork.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic logistics environment.
  • Must wear provided PPE as required.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform inventory counts.
