We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic logistics team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders according to established procedures. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where adherence to safety protocols is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborate with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
