Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our distribution center, ensuring the efficient and safe flow of goods. Your duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This is a crucial position that supports our overall logistics operations and contributes directly to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to upholding our high standards of safety and efficiency. You will work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming inventory, verify counts, and inspect for damages.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, dusting, and tidying up assigned areas.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and order progress.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment which may include varying temperatures.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety .
