We are hiring Picker/Packers for our busy warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you. You'll be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and packaging them for shipment to our valued customers. This position is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and efficiently. Your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or other technology.
- Verify item details and quantities against order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damage before packing.
- Package products securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and surrounding area.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as required.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Be able to perform regular Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents and labels.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physical capacity for regular Lifting and moving of packages.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse terminology is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
