Join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for dedicated and dependable individuals to support our busy distribution center. This role is essential for the efficient functioning of our logistics network, involving tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Safety is a core value; therefore, strict adherence to all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE, is required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements and system data.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper securing and handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
