We are hiring general Warehouse Workers in St. Louis, Missouri! As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your contribution is vital to our overall logistics and supply chain success. We prioritize Safety above all else and provide comprehensive training, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, involving standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
- Pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Prepare orders for outgoing delivery or pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform continuous standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
