We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility, contributing directly to our logistics success. This position demands physical stamina and a commitment to Safety. All employees are required to adhere to strict Safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The job involves significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of boxes and merchandise. You will be trained on proper Lifting techniques to prevent injuries. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Sort and stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick orders based on customer requirements and sales orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting of materials (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting and moving of heavy items.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
