Job Summary:
We are expanding our operations in Dallas, Texas, and seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team! This role is fundamental to the smooth functioning of our distribution center, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and orders are processed with precision. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and accurately process incoming shipments, checking for damages and discrepancies.
  • Store goods in appropriate warehouse locations, maintaining organization and accessibility.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately using scanning technology.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and securing of merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment according to company standards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Understand and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics network.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • The role requires consistent lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • This is a physically demanding position requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a significant advantage. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent and heavy lifting. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential. Familiarity with basic logistics principles is beneficial. Must be reliable and punctual.
