We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Orlando, Florida! This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. A commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork is essential. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate handling and movement of products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all company policies and safety regulations. Proper lifting techniques and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are critical components of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Sort, label, and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting methods.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues to achieve operational goals.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods throughout the warehouse, supporting the logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE correctly.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as business needs dictate.
