We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our logistics team in Des Moines, Iowa. As an Order Picker, your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently retrieve items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is critical to ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing directly to the success of our supply chain. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, reaching, and prolonged standing. You must be comfortable with lifting items up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.
