Are you ready to be a key player in our Tampa, Florida, logistics hub? We're hiring an Order Picker to join our dedicated warehouse team! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders for shipment. This involves navigating the warehouse, locating items using pick lists or scanning devices, and ensuring that the correct products and quantities are selected. You will also be involved in packing orders, checking for damages, and staging them for dispatch. Strong attention to detail is crucial to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving repeated bending, reaching, and occasional Lifting. We prioritize Safety above all else and require all team members to adhere to our Safety procedures and wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic scanning equipment is a plus.
