Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product integrity and appropriate packaging materials.
- Scan items to update inventory and track order progress using our WMS.
- Perform quality checks to identify any damaged or incorrect items.
- Label packages correctly for shipment and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering strictly to Safety regulations.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE consistently.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a similar warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred.
- Must be able to handle moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 45 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Safety and proficient use of PPE.
- Familiarity with Logistics processes is beneficial.
