Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage orders.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure quality control before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
