You will work with a team to ensure that inventory is managed accurately and that orders are fulfilled promptly. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions carefully, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Adherence to all safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and capable of performing tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and significant lifting throughout the day. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and utilize PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet operational goals.
