We are hiring an Order Picker for our state-of-the-art facility in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Your primary duties will involve accurately locating, picking, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This requires meticulous attention to detail, efficient time management, and the ability to navigate the warehouse effectively. The position involves significant walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds. Maintaining a safe work environment is a top priority, and all employees must follow strict safety protocols and wear provided PPE . Experience with RF scanning technology and an understanding of warehouse logistics are highly advantageous. You will work as part of a dedicated team committed to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order lists to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare orders for packing and shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks for order movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and wear required PPE .
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to supervisors.
- Assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts.
