Protective Service Professional

As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be part of an elite team working to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders. You will have the opportunity to work in various locations across the country, including along the Southwest border and coastal waterways.

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws
• Inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
• Prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers
• Maintain surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations
