The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) offers a unique opportunity for individuals to work in law enforcement, protecting the nation's borders and promoting economic prosperity.


Job Description:
  • Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws
  • Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions
  • Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
