The Flinks Revenue Team is a high-performance, high-activity group focused on disciplined execution, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
This role is built for someone who wants to prove themselves.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your primary focus will be on live conversations — making calls, engaging prospects, and advancing qualified opportunities for our Sales Executives.
Our systems and automation support outreach at scale. Your job is to show up every day ready to execute — to have professional, confident conversations, ask smart questions, and handle rejection without losing momentum.
If you are energized by activity, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by growth, this team will push you to develop quickly.
- Clearly communicate the value of Flinks' platform by showcasing its new and existing capabilities, addressing customer needs, and sparking interest in a confident, consultative manner.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using a strategic, multi-channel approach, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
- Make a high volume of outbound phone calls daily to engage prospective clients generated through automated campaigns, signals, research, and inbound interest.
- Conduct focused research on companies and contacts to prepare for meaningful conversations.
- Collaborate closely with AEs to drive the right meetings and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Respond quickly and professionally to email replies and engagement signals from prospects.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily activity metrics such as calls, emails, etc.
- Stay organized by consistently updating and maintaining CRM records in HubSpot, adhering to established processes and best practices.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales Specialists to align strategies, share insights, and deepen product knowledge for more effective prospecting.
This is an execution-focused role. Success is driven by activity, resilience, curiosity, and professionalism.
Who You AreWhat we're looking for:
- 6–12+ months of experience in a B2B SDR or similar pipeline-generating role.
- A strong work ethic and competitive drive.
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls.
- Resilience - you don't take rejection personally and can quickly reset after a hang-up.
- A positive, professional attitude under pressure.
- Curiosity - you ask smart questions and genuinely want to understand how businesses operate.
- High ownership and accountability mindset - you take initiative, move fast, and figure things out in ambiguous situations.
- Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter.
- Quick learner - you can absorb new fintech concepts and explain them clearly.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with senior professionals.
- Ability to thrive in a performance driven environment
Experience in B2B sales is helpful but not required. Demonstrated grit, determination, and communication strength are more important than tenure.
