Customer Service Virtual Assistant – Australian Health & Wellness Brand
Summary We are a fast-growing Australian health and wellness brand seeking a Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team.
Your role will be to provide exceptional support to
our customers via email, live chat, and social media, ensuring their inquiries are answered
promptly and efficiently. We are looking for someone with a medical background who has ideally lived in Australia and currently resides in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
● Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way across multiple platforms
(email, live chat, social mediam Intercom)
● Resolve product and order-related issues with professionalism and care
● Assist customers with questions related to our health and wellness products,
leveraging your medical/health knowledge
● Maintain positive customer relationships and provide a seamless shopping
experience
● Manage and respond to inquiries through Shopify and associated customer service
tools
● Escalate issues to the management team when necessary
● Keep up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively
● Track customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
● Medical or health-related background (strongly preferred)
● Proven experience as a Customer Service Virtual Assistant or similar role
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
● Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
● Experience with Shopify is a strong plus
● Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools (Zendesk,
Freshdesk, Gorgias, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
● Previously lived in Australia (understanding of Australian customers and culture)
● Currently based in the Philippines
● Prior experience working with health, wellness, or supplement brands
● Knowledge of CRM software
● Familiarity with Australian health and wellness regulations (TGA, etc.)
