We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our growing property management operations. This role will focus on digitalizing and maintaining accurate records in our Property Management System to help improve operational efficiency and reporting visibility across our apartment and tenant portfolio.
The ideal candidate will help us convert existing manual and spreadsheet-based records into a structured digital system. This includes tenant information, apartment complex data, lease details, maintenance tracking, and reporting dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and organize tenant information into our Property Management System
Digitalize historical tenant and lease records
Input and maintain apartment complex unit data
Track and update maintenance schedules and service requests
Assist in organizing digital property files and documentation
Generate simple reports for management review
Maintain strict data accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
Proven experience in Data Entry, Administrative Support, or Property Management support roles
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent written communication and reporting skills
Highly organized and process-driven
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and cloud-based systems
Ability to follow data formatting standards and SOPs
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience with Property Management Software
Experience working with real estate, construction, or housing companies
Basic reporting or dashboard experience
