I have a nonfiction self published book currently live on Amazon and I am preparing to run Amazon ads for the first time. I am looking for someone with direct experience running Amazon PPC campaigns specifically for books.
This is not a general digital marketing role. I am only interested in Amazon advertising specialists who have worked with authors and understand KDP ranking behavior, keyword targeting, and Sponsored Products campaign structure.
Initial Scope
This will begin as a structured test engagement. The goal is to set up and launch a clean, optimized Amazon PPC campaign and monitor early performance.
Phase one should include:
Review of my current Amazon listing
Keyword research specific to my category
Sponsored Products campaign setup with proper structure
Clear explanation of campaign segmentation strategy
Initial monitoring and early optimization adjustments
If communication and performance are strong, scope can expand.
Important Requirements
You must have direct experience managing Amazon ads for books.
You must understand Amazon policy compliance regarding reviews.
You must be able to explain your optimization process clearly.
You must focus on measurable performance, not vanity metrics.
To be considered, please answer the following in your proposal:
1. Two examples of books you have run Amazon ads for
2. The goal of those campaigns
3. What was improved and how you measured success
4. How you structure campaigns for a first time author
5. Your hourly rate and estimated hours required for initial setup and first optimization phase
Proposals that do not answer these questions will not be reviewed.
This is a performance driven engagement. I am looking for structured visibility growth and disciplined Amazon ad execution.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
