Project Overview
I have a near-complete AI-enabled project management platform.
Core components are already built and structured:
• Frontend UX complete
• Backend logic written
• PostgreSQL database provisioned
• GitHub repository organised
• Render deployment environment active
• API keys configured
• Workflow processes defined and coded
• Document engine functioning
What is required is final systems integration and production stabilisation.
This is not a rebuild.
This is not a redesign.
This is a senior-level integration sprint.
Objective
Within a focused 24–48 hour engagement, I need a senior engineer to:
• Audit the current architecture
• Connect database → backend → frontend cleanly
• Validate API integrations and environment variables
• Stabilise production deployment on Render
• Debug routing, authentication, and state management issues
• Ensure core workflows operate end-to-end:
• Task creation and persistence
• Calendar management
• Daily briefing generation
• Document retrieval
• Multi-project workload handling
The goal is a fully functioning, production-ready system.
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong Full-Stack JavaScript / React / TypeScript)
• PostgreSQL / SQL schema debugging
• API integration and production debugging
• Deployment experience (Render or similar PaaS)
• Git / GitHub workflow discipline
• Real-world production stabilisation experience
Preferred:
• AI API integrations
• Authentication systems (JWT / session-based)
• Experience inheriting and stabilising partially completed builds
Minimum 5+ years production experience required.
Engagement Structure
• Immediate start
• Intensive sprint (next 24–48 hours)
• Fixed-price preferred
• Potential ongoing work if execution is strong
• Fluent English required
• Must be available for live collaboration if needed
Deliverables
By completion:
• Fully working deployed platform
• Clean GitHub repository state
• Clear deployment notes (README update)
• Architecture summary
• List of any known limitations
Budget & Pricing Expectations
This is a senior-level integration and production stabilisation sprint.
I am not looking for junior or experimental work.
Expected effort:
12–20 focused hours for an experienced engineer.
Expected budget range:
Fixed price, depending on experience and speed.
I value speed, clarity, and execution quality over lowest cost.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
