Scope of Work:
UI/UX design (modern, technical, enterprise look)
Build tab/page structure and layouts exactly per the copy pack
Create reusable components (service cards, FAQs, CTAs, forms, resource download blocks)
Mobile-first responsive design
Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta, clean URLs, image alt text)
Performance best practices (fast load, optimized images)
Contact forms + lead capture forms (Resources downloads gated)
Integrate WhatsApp click-to-chat (optional)
Handover: login access + basic documentation on how to edit pages
Style Requirements:
Must feel "data center / critical environment," not a general cleaning site
Clean grid layout, technical icons, strong hierarchy
Use visuals relevant to data centers (racks, aisles, cable trays, HEPA equipment)
Deliverables:
Figma design (or equivalent) for desktop + mobile (homepage + key inner page template)
Fully functional website with all pages and forms
Basic SEO and speed optimization
2–3 rounds of revisions
Launch support + handover guide
Assets Provided:
Website Copy Pack (complete content + structure)
Logo and brand details (upon award)
Contact details
Any available service photos (if needed)
Required Experience:
Strong B2B website design (preferably facilities/engineering/IT or technical services)
WordPress/Webflow implementation experience
Ability to work with structured copy and deliver clean layouts
