Hands-on experience ensuring all tracking is accurate and complete so campaigns can perform at their full potential.
Expectations:
Monthly management of PMax campaigns.
First month focus: Ensure all tracking is correctly implemented and fully functional—everything should run like clockwork.
Identify and fix issues such as basket/cart data problems, which directly affect performance (In goals Pmax 1 issue is active, caused by the feed chage before I am not sure if I have fixed that)
Implement strategies to reach a target ROAS of 350% across campaigns, avoiding over-optimization caused by incomplete data.
I want someone smart, loyal, and results-driven who can cut through the noise, tackle issues directly, optimize for profitability, and go the extra mile before asking for more resources. This is a monthly management role, focused on measurable results.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
