ABOUT ME:
I'm building a fermentation-focused brand blending food, culture, craft, and storytelling. I'm looking for a creative video editor who can bring energy, rhythm, and narrative to short-form content (Reels/TikTok).
This is not just basic editing. I need someone who understands pacing, hooks, storytelling, and visual flow.

Creative - you can assemble a compelling story even without a detailed script
Fast - you respect deadlines and turn things around quickly
Experienced in short-form content (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts)
Comfortable making stylistic choices (music, pacing, transitions, text overlays)
Collaborative - able to challenge and offer thoughtful advice, and proactively elevate the final output
Aware of what performs well on social media
Sometimes I'll provide a clear script. Other times, you'll receive raw footage and need to structure the narrative yourself.
Bonus If You:
- Have experience editing food content
- Understand storytelling beyond just trends
- Have a strong sense of aesthetic and brand tone
- Can suggest improvements to footage or structure

SCOPE (Initial Project):
- Edit 1 short-form video seconds)
- Add captions/subtitles
- Add music and sound design
- Light color grading
- Clean cuts, engaging hook, strong ending
- 1–2 revision rounds
If it's a good fit, this will expand to:
- 8 videos per month (ongoing)
- Clear content calendar
- Consistent collaboration
