Overview of role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager, People Enablement. Reporting to the Strategic Talent Management Lead, this new role will leverage their ability to innovate in the HR space by developing a People & Culture roadmap that will capture initiatives, timing, and key milestones that are required to deliver on our objectives now and into the long term. In addition, this role will monitor trends in resource planning for the People & Culture function to ensure we plan capacity needed to deliver on our mandate on an ongoing basis. This role will have the opportunity to quarterback initiatives that require coordination for planning and implementation.

This role is an integral part of the Talent Management team and will be expected to partner closely with the broader People & Culture team, colleagues / stakeholders in other business areas, and with external partners as needed.
Key deliverables include:
People Roadmap
Lead the development, management and communication of a 1–3-year People & Culture roadmap including initiatives, timelines, key milestones, and monthly updates to progress. Include any risks that may be present or require support from the leadership team to remove blockers.
HR Team Resource Planning
Work with the Senior People Leadership Team (SLT) to understand future business plans for our employee base and establish a view of People team resource needs over the next 1- 3 years Incorporate resource needs from initiative leaders to understand resources required to deliver and capture capacity to inform key decisions on prioritization.
Research & Advisory
Advise on best practice in aligning People function resource capacity to business needs including plans for the employee base. Understand what trends are on the horizon that may impact resource needs for the People team over time, incorporating into the overarching resource plan for the team.
Project Coordination
As needed, act as a quarterback on small initiatives that require coordination across the People Team, ensuring that we plan key outcomes, milestones, and communication as initiatives are ready for implementation. We see both Employee Experience and DEI as part of the initiatives this role will be working on.
Employee Experience
Act as a liaison to this work, both raising input from our team and sharing key updates and timelines. The Program Manager, People Enablement, will also ensure that the resulting changes from this work are thoughtfully planned with our teams and implemented with a robust approach to managing change.

Experience and qualifications:
2-4+ years of Project Management experience
Demonstrated experience developing multi-year roadmaps.
Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, track milestones, manage risks, and provide regular progress updates.
Experience "quarterbacking" or coordinating cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
Experience supporting capacity planning or resource forecasting.
HR Experience (4-6+ years preferred)
Familiarity with HR functions such as talent management, organizational development, or HR operations.
Experience working with large People & Culture teams or supporting HR business partners.
Understanding employee lifecycle, HR processes, and typical HR resource needs.
Research & Advisory Experience
Proven ability to research, interpret and summarize data, focusing on emerging resourcing trends across HR.
Experience advising leadership on strategic resourcing or people-related impacts.
