We're looking for an expert brand designer to work with us on an ongoing basis across high-value brand projects.
Job Description
This is not a logo design role. We need someone who can build full brand identities from scratch and then carry them all the way through to application. Layouts, templates, decks, collateral, the lot. You need to think in systems, not just deliverables. If you can design a sharp brand and then make it hold up across every format and touchpoint, keep reading.
What the role covers:
You'll be designing end-to-end brand identities for a range of clients across different industries. That means developing the core identity (logo, typography, colour, iconography, brand guidelines) and then building out the real-world application. Pitch decks, social templates, packaging, signage, editorial, website concepts. A big part of this role involves building polished, client-ready assets in Canva. Brand kits, presentations, editable documents, social suites. Expert-level Canva skills are non-negotiable.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Building complete brand identities from strategy through to finished guidelines
- Designing brand applications and layouts across digital and print
- Building sophisticated, on-brand templates and assets in Canva that clients can maintain themselves
- Translating briefs into strong creative work with minimal back-and-forth
- Delivering clean, well-organised files every time
What we need from you:
- You've built full brand identities end to end, not just logos in isolation
- Your portfolio shows real application and layout work, not just brand marks
- You're an expert in Canva. You can build complex, polished brand kits, templates, presentations, and documents. If Canva is just something you dabble in, this isn't the right fit
- You have a sharp typographic sense and strong composition skills
- You can work across styles. Luxury, tech, lifestyle, corporate, whatever the client needs
- You work autonomously from written briefs without needing constant check-ins
- You communicate clearly, especially when something is blocked or unclear

- A short video introduction (2-3 minutes max). Walk us through who you are, how you work, and one brand project you're proud of. Screen share your portfolio if it helps. We want to hear how you think, not just see what you've made.
- A portfolio link. Show us brand identity projects (the full system, not just the logo), application and layout work (decks, print, digital), and Canva work if you have examples.
- Answers to the four screening questions below.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
