We're a fast-scaling e-commerce brand operating at the intersection of content, technology, and performance marketing. With hundreds of millions of organic views and aggressive growth targets, we're looking for a Performance Marketer who can own paid acquisition across platforms and help scale revenue efficiently.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that creative is the primary growth lever — and knows how to test, iterate, and scale what works.

What You'll Do
• Own and manage paid media across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok / TikTok Shop.
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with a focus on CPA, MER, ROAS, and revenue growth.
• Build structured testing frameworks for creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Work closely with the creative, CRO, and content teams to develop high-performing ad concepts.
• Analyze performance daily and make fast, data-backed optimization decisions.
• Maintain clean, organized ad accounts with strong naming conventions and documentation.
• Identify scaling opportunities while protecting efficiency.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.

• Proven experience managing paid media budgets for e-commerce brands.

• Strong understanding of direct-response creative and testing methodology.
• Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action.
• Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
