We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-impact features—from designing scalable Java/Spring Boot APIs to crafting responsive, state-driven interfaces in React.
Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in an Agile environment, values clean code, and is excited about building products that solve real-world problems. You will bridge the gap between user experience and server-side logic, ensuring our applications are fast, secure, and reliable.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Feature Development: Lead the design and implementation of new user-facing features using and Java-based microservices.
API Design: Architect and maintain robust RESTful APIs that are high-performing and well-documented.
Frontend Excellence: Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring consistent design and peak performance.
System Ownership: Manage the full application lifecycle, including database schema design (SQL/NoSQL), backend logic, and frontend integration.
Quality & Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Conduct peer code reviews and implement unit/integration tests (JUnit, Jest, etc.).
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate wireframes and business requirements into technical reality.
Modernization: Stay updated with the latest trends (e.g., Java 21+, React Server Components, and AI-assisted development tools) to keep our tech stack competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Backend: Proficient in Java (8+) and Spring Boot. Experience with JPA/Hibernate and Microservices architecture.
Frontend: Strong expertise in (Hooks, Context API) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Web Basics: Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Databases: Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL or NoSQL options like MongoDB.
Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitHub Actions).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with AWS Cloud platform
