Bower Dental is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our close-knit team in Red Deer; a vibrant mid-sized city perfectly located between Calgary and Edmonton. Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 35% to 40% of collections and higher (depending on experience)
Schedule
35 hours per week
Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
Registered or in process of registering with the Alberta Dental Association and College
Eligible to practice dentistry in Alberta (applications from other Canadian provinces are welcome)
New graduates welcome – comprehensive mentorship provided
Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for patient care
