We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term client relationships across Canada. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and lead sales initiatives to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
Develop and implement strategic sales and growth plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align growth strategies
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience working within the Canadian market
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
