Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.
BONUS: Bonus at Target $9,600
Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.

ROLE SUMMARY: As a Studio Designer, you will be a part of the in-house creative team in developing the creative vision of Labatt's biggest brands and ensuring it is aligned with the strategic objectives across all print and social channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and executing creative concepts for POP/POS displays, packaging, trade material and print production
Creating design materials for various brands and company
Ensuring Labatt and individual brand standards are applied to all graphic elements
Develop and present creative strategy to the diffirent brands
Managing project timelines and ensuring projects are delivered within required timelines
Managing relationships with brands and on occasion external third party vendors
Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
Creation of Digital content (META, Twitter, IG, TikTok etc.)
Trade executions and adaptations (including B2C adapts to B2B)
Out of Home
Websites, Web Pages, Landing pages, etc.
Email Marketing
Presentations
Collaborate directly with brands to develop an artistic approach and style
Working with the CD, AD and Copywriter/s team on a project basis, collaborating on content ideation and development of ideas
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A university degree and or/diploma in graphic design
1-3 years experience in graphic design and experience working in the beer industry, retail and/or CPG industry
Advanced experience in ACC and Mac OS
AE animations
Strong attention to detail
Ability to think creatively and strong understanding of typography, and composition
Project management skills
Excellent communication and strong ability to execute briefs
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
