We are seeking exceptional Sales Associates (Wellness Advisors) who blend deep wellness knowledge with customer engagement - people who are not just passionate about health, but who elevate the way customers think about wellbeing.
About the Role
As a Wellness Advisor at Luminate Co, you will be more than a salesperson - you'll be a trusted guide in health and lifestyle discovery, helping customers connect with products and practices that align with their personal wellness goals.
You will:
Embody the Luminate brand ethos with refinement, authenticity, and unwavering professionalism
Connect with our community through meaningful, consultative conversations in a retail setting
Demonstrate knowledgeable guidance across natural foods, supplements, and holistic wellness offerings
Support visual merchandising and product presentation to create an inviting, elevated retail atmosphere
Deliver point of sale with accuracy, warmth, and attention to detail
Maintain inventory awareness and support operational excellence
Help curate and activate in-store experiences, demos, and wellness events
Contribute thoughtful ideas and insight during team strategy and education sessions
Champion a cohesive environment through teamwork and collaboration
What You Bring
1–2+ years of experience in retail or other customer-centric roles
Genuine enthusiasm for health, nutrition, and conscious living
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to apply consultative sales strategies that feel personal, not pushy
Strong organizational instincts and comfort in a dynamic, luxury-oriented atmosphere
Experience with merchandising or lifestyle brand presentation (asset)
Formal education or certification in wellness, nutrition, or holistic health
Availability for scheduled shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude, energetic presence, and a sincere desire to elevate guest experiences
