Bsquaree Media is a performance-focused creative and paid media agency built for DTC founders and service-based businesses who are past the DIY phase. We own the full creative infrastructure — strategy, production, media buying — so our clients can focus on growing their business instead of managing their ads.
We run Meta ads. We make statics, video edits, and UGC. We think in systems. We move fast. And we hold a high bar for everything we ship.
The Role
We're looking for a Creative Strategist who can sit at the intersection of data, creative, and communication. You'll be the brain behind what we make, researching the market, building briefs, directing our designers and editors, coordinating with UGC creators, and using performance data to make smarter creative decisions over time.
This is not a 'make it pretty' role. This is a 'understand why an ad works and build a system around it' role. You'll own the creative strategy for clients across DTC and service-based verticals.
What You'll Actually Do
Creative Briefing & Direction
Write detailed creative briefs for statics, video edits, and UGC scripts, covering hook, angle, format, reference, and desired outcome
Collaborate closely with our designer and video editor throughout production.
Give clear, structured revision feedback that moves creative forward without endless back-and-forths
UGC Coordination
Coordinate with UGC creators from brief delivery through final delivery, including logistics around product shipping, timelines, and revisions
Communicate with clients to manage product send-outs and creator coordination
Run the feedback loop between client, creator, and our internal team efficiently
Research & Intelligence
Use tools like Motion and Atria to analyze creative performance and identify patterns in winning ads
Conduct competitor research to identify what's working in our clients' categories
Stay on top of ad creative trends across DTC and the broader Meta ecosystem
Performance Analysis
Analyze Meta Ads Manager data to form creative hypotheses, not just report numbers, but translate them into ideas
Understand Meta's evolving ad system (Andromeda, consolidation principles) and factor that into creative strategy
Use data to prioritize what to make next and why
You're a Strong Fit If You...
Have hands-on experience with Meta advertising, you understand the platform, not just the terminology
Know how to write briefs that a designer or video editor can actually execute without coming back with 10 questions
Are fluent in tools like Motion, Atria, Meta Ads Manager, Notion, Slack, Google Drive/Sheets, ChatGPT or Claude, and MidJourney or similar AI image tools
Understand marketing fundamentals, hooks, offers, psychology, positioning, not just ad formats
Are familiar with Meta's Andromeda algorithm and what it means for how creative gets distributed
Are proactive by default, you don't wait for someone to tell you what to look at, you go find it
Communicate clearly in writing and can manage multiple client workstreams without dropping the ball

You think creative strategy is the same as creative direction, strategy starts with data and ends with a brief
You need a lot of hand-holding or daily check-ins to stay on track
You're not comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
