We operate across multiple eCommerce platforms and are passionate about strong branding, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
We're looking for a talented and reliable Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and detail-oriented, with strong design, writing, and documentation skills.
Work Schedule:
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
• Remote
Responsibilities: ** Adobe InDesign is a MUST **
Attend meetings during work hours - Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
Design graphics for social media, eCommerce, and marketing campaigns
Create and manage social media content (visuals + captions)
Write clear, engaging copy for posts, ads, and internal documents
Create user manuals, SOPs, guides, and other documentation
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Collaborate with team members and meet deadlines consistently
Qualifications / Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
Adobe InDesign is a MUST (manuals, guides, and instructional layouts)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Experience managing or supporting social media content
Experience creating professional user manuals, SOPs, or instructional documents
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Organized, dependable, and able to work PST hours
Comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and juggling multiple projects
