This is primarily project-based work (landing pages, updates, optimization), but we are looking for a long-term partner we can rely on consistently, even if work volume fluctuates month-to-month.
Our site is already built. This role is not about redesigning everything from scratch. It's about building new pages and improving what exists while maintaining brand consistency and optimizing for conversion.
Who We're Looking For:
We are not looking for someone to simply implement designs. We need a developer who understands UX, conversion best practices, and can challenge layout decisions when needed.
Ideally, we provide a structured brief and design direction. Your role is to implement cleanly and efficiently, while infusing UX expertise into the final product to ensure the page structure supports lead generation and conversion.
You should be comfortable pushing back when something may hurt clarity, usability, or performance.
Required Experience:
* Strong Webflow development experience
* Deep understanding of UX for B2B websites
* Basic SEO structure knowledge (proper heading hierarchy, clean URL structure, internal linking best practices)
* Site speed optimization experience
We value developers who document their work clearly so future updates are easy and scalable.

* Describe how you ensure compliance with typography, spacing, and design systems when adding new pages to an existing site.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
