We are seeking a senior WordPress developer who can take complete ownership of our website—covering design, development, performance, security, UX, and continuous improvement. This role demands a hands-on, self-driven professional who proactively improves usability, visual quality, and conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Technical Ownership
Own the WordPress website end-to-end: design, development, deployment, maintenance, optimization, and migration support
Build, customize, and scale WordPress websites using advanced theme and plugin customization, clean architecture, and responsive layouts
Develop pages and layouts using Elementor or Bricks Builder, ensuring scalability, responsiveness, and maintainability
Apply strong HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript skills for frontend customization and UI enhancements
Create and manage landing pages and marketing pages with strong UX, accessibility, and conversion focus
Ensure high website performance, including caching, asset optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements
Implement WordPress security hardening, monitoring, backups, and safe restoration after security incidents or attacks
Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and site instability
Optimize website structure for SEO readiness, including clean URLs, on-page best practices, and schema-friendly layouts
Design and manage lead capture and routing systems, including forms, integrations, and tracking
Continuously improve UI/UX, visual consistency, and overall look & feel aligned with business objectives
Support website migrations from WordPress to other similar platforms when required
Creative & Marketing Support
Design flyers, banners, and digital creatives using Canva
Create professional presentations (PPT / Google Slides)
Perform basic video editing for short promos, reels, or event content
Good to Have
Experience with community-driven or event-based websites
Strong understanding of WordPress SEO best practices
Familiarity with hosting platforms, domains, CDN, and DNS configuration

Contract duration of more than 6 months.
