What I need
I'm building a Dream 100 database of Irish cold storage, food production, retail DCs, logistics, and portfolio/asset owners. I need a researcher to identify and validate the real decision makers at each company and deliver a clean spreadsheet that we can use for outreach.
Your task (simple + specific)
For each target company, build a list of 3–6 key stakeholders with verified contact details:
Roles to find (decision unit):
• Head/Director of Facilities / Engineering / Estates
• Head of Property / Asset Management / Capital Projects (if REIT/portfolio)
• Operations Director / DC or Site Manager
• EHS / H&S / Compliance (food/cold chain)
• Energy / Sustainability Manager
• Finance Director / CFO (for funding/PPA approvals)
• Procurement (only if clearly relevant)
Deliverable (spreadsheet format)
One Excel/Google Sheet with these columns:
Company | Sector | Country | Site/Region (if known) | Contact Name | Job Title | Department (Ops/Estates/Eng/EHS/Finance) | LinkedIn URL | Email | Phone (if available) | Source link | Notes (1 line) | Confidence (High/Med/Low)
Quality requirements (non-negotiable)
• Verified emails (use a verifier: NeverBounce/ZeroBounce/Hunter/Apollo etc.)
• Correct seniority (decision makers, not generic admin roles)
• Clean data (no duplicates, consistent formatting)
• Minimum 3 contacts per company, target 5 per company where possible.
Tools
You can use LinkedIn + any of: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, Hunter, Snov, etc.
If you don't have paid tools, still apply—tell me your approach.
Volume + timeline
• First milestone: 20 companies mapped (3–6 contacts each)
• Total project: 100 companies
• Weekly check-in: quick progress update + sample sheet.
Paid test (required)
Please do a small paid test: 5 companies × 5 contacts each, with verified emails + LinkedIn URLs. If the test is good, you get the full project.

Budget
Hourly or fixed price OK. I care most about accuracy + speed + clean data.
The "5-company paid test" you should paste into Upwork chat after they apply
"Paid test: please return 5 companies × 5 contacts each (verified email + LinkedIn URL). Include Estates/Facilities, Ops, EHS, Energy, and Finance. Same spreadsheet format. If deliverability and seniority are good, I'll release the full 100-company list."
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
