We're now looking for a second full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for handling customer support across email and tickets, ensuring fast, confident, and high-quality resolutions.
This role is not for someone who hesitates or overthinks every decision. We value decisiveness over perfection.
We'd rather see a confident decision with ownership than hesitation while searching for the "perfect" answer.
You'll be working closely with:
- 1 Operations Manager
- 2 existing Support Representative
- 1 Backend VA
- A young, dynamic, fast-moving marketing team
What We're Looking For
You are someone who:
- Thrives under pressure, high ticket volumes, and high expectations
- Works fast without losing confidence
- Takes full ownership of your work and decisions
- Is comfortable making judgment calls
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently in English
- Understands that speed + clarity = great support
- Who is reliable and where the can rely on
Required Experience
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Gorgias
- Experience handling medium to high daily ticket volumes
- Strong written English (non-negotiable)
- Stable internet and professional home setup
Work Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Working hours: Normal working hours (PH time)
- Location: Remote
- Type: Full-time
Compensation
- $ base salary
- Monthly KPI-based bonuses (performance-driven)
