These GPT workflows now need to be integrated into a secure, scalable web-based SaaS platform where users can subscribe and access the tools through a clean interface. This is not a HIPAA-compliant application and will not store, request, or process patient-identifiable information. The platform will function as a drafting/productivity tool only.
Scope of Work: The selected developer will:
Build the Web Application
Modern, clean UI (desktop + mobile responsive)
Dashboard with 8–10 AI tool modules
Structured input + optional voice input
Output generation panel
Copy/download functionality
Integrate GPT Workflows
Connect to OpenAI API (or similar LLM provider)
Mirror existing custom GPT logic into backend prompts
Keep system instructions hidden from users
Implement modular structure to easily add more AI tools
Implement Voice-to-Text Input
Real-time transcription
No storage of audio files
Session-based processing only
Add PHI Prevention Layer
Implement detection/redaction system to block or sanitize:
Names
DOB formats
Phone numbers
Emails
Identifiers
Prevent storage of user prompts
No conversation history retention
Subscription & Access Control
Stripe (or equivalent) integration
Tiered subscription plans
User authentication
Admin dashboard for subscriber management
Technical Requirements
Must have experience with:
Building SaaS platforms
OpenAI API integration
Secure backend architecture
Authentication systems
Subscription billing integration
Clean UI/UX design
Preferred stack (open to recommendations):
React /
or Python backend
Vercel / Render / AWS / similar hosting
Supabase / Firebase (if needed for auth only)
No-code/low-code solutions (Bubble, FlutterFlow, etc.) are acceptable if scalable and professional.
Project Phases
Phase 1 – Architecture & planning
Phase 2 – MVP with 2–3 GPT modules
Phase 3 – Full integration of 8–10 modules
Phase 4 – Subscription & production deployment
Potential for ongoing long-term collaboration for maintenance and troubleshooting.
