Job Purpose:
The Maintenance Technician II performs intermediate-level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment. This role requires specialized knowledge and handles more complex tasks than entry-level technicians.
Duties:
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
- Perform intermediate-level repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks.
- Assist in training and guiding Maintenance Technician I employees.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years maintenance experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
Preferred:
- Technical training or certification in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing maintenance
- Experience in automotive manufacturing
