Location: Windsor, ON – On-Site

Job Status: This is a new role

Job Purpose:

The Maintenance Technician II performs intermediate-level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment. This role requires specialized knowledge and handles more complex tasks than entry-level technicians.

Duties:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
  • Perform intermediate-level repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks.
  • Assist in training and guiding Maintenance Technician I employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years maintenance experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues

Preferred:

  • Technical training or certification in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing maintenance
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing
