As an executive talent acquisition partner, you'll own director, VP, and C-level hiring end to end. That means partnering directly with senior leadership to define what great looks like for each role, then going out and finding people who exceed it. You'll build relationships with exceptional leaders long before there's an open role, bring sharp market perspective to every search, and have the judgment and credibility to influence how we think about leadership talent
This isn't a reactive recruiting role. You're always mapping the market, cultivating relationships, and thinking a few moves ahead. You balance discretion with momentum and operate with the long game in mind
