Summary
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic remote Admission Manager/Engagement Manager to assist participants in our online career coaching program. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or video calls, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Support participants during troubleshooting to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Identify recurring challenges and propose solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Role Details:
Work arrangement: Fully remote, offering flexibility in working hours.
Language requirement: Fluency in Chinese / Simplified Chinese is strongly preferred to effectively serve client segments in Greater China.
Compensation: Hourly rate compensation or per support ticket structure
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience or strong interest in customer support in education-related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic, consultative customer support approach.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
