About Us
We are a fast-growing life insurance agency dedicated to:
Helping families build financial protection
Helping entrepreneurs build successful careers in the insurance industry
As we expand, we are looking for a creative, strategic, and organized Social Media VA to help us attract and recruit new life insurance agents through content and online marketing.
This is not just a posting role — this is a recruitment funnel-building role.
Primary Objective
Develop and execute a social media strategy that generates inbound interest from individuals who want to become licensed life insurance agents.
Your mission:
Turn social media into a consistent recruiting engine.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop a 30–60–90 day recruitment-focused social media strategy
Define the ideal candidate avatar (career changers, entrepreneurs, side hustlers, sales professionals, etc.)
Build a structured content calendar for:
TikTok
Plan and schedule 4 high-quality recruitment-focused posts per week
Content Creation
Create and publish 4 posts per week (mix of Reels, short-form videos, carousels, and value posts)
Write high-converting captions focused on recruitment
Create short-form video scripts (Reels/TikTok style)
Repurpose long-form content into short clips
Design simple but effective graphics using Canva (or similar tools)
Develop strong call-to-action systems (DM funnels, lead magnets, forms, etc.)
Lead Generation & Support
Manage DMs and inquiries using scripted responses
Track inbound leads in Google Sheets or CRM
Assist with basic email and SMS follow-up sequences
KPIs (How You'll Be Measured)
Consistent delivery of 4 strategic posts per week
Growth in followers aligned with target audience
Engagement rate
Number of inbound recruitment inquiries
Number of booked calls with potential agents
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
