This is a long-term position for someone serious, organized, and experienced in the U.S. trucking industry.
Responsibilities include:
• Recruiting 50+ owner-operators and guiding them through onboarding
• Sending and following up on broker carrier packets (I will provide broker leads)
• Managing all onboarding paperwork and compliance
• Recruiting and managing specialized sprinter van dispatchers
• Assisting with bookkeeping and expense tracking
• Email management and professional communication with brokers and drivers
• Organizing documents and maintaining systems
Requirements:
• MUST understand U.S. trucking operations and broker/MC authority structure
• Experience with carrier packets and compliance documents
• Experience recruiting owner-operators
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized and proactive
• Available full-time (40 hours per week preferred)

This is not a beginner position. I am looking for someone who can operate independently and help scale to 50+ owner-operators.
