This is a trial but could turn into a long-term contract role with consistent workload for the right person.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the creative pipeline — from research through to performance analysis.
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for:
Research
- Review mining (ads, comments, competitor reviews, Reddit, etc.)
- Identifying pain points, desires, objections, buying triggers
- Competitor analysis (ads, angles, formats, trends)
- Organising insights into clear marketing angles
Creative Briefing
- Writing briefs for static ads
- Writing briefs for video editors
AI Static Ad Generation
- Using our process to generate static ads with AI tools
- Evaluating output quality and knowing which ads are likely to be winners
Performance Analysis
- Analyse the meta ad account to see why ads were/were not winners (checking click rates, add to cart rates, etc etc)
Availability
We are looking for someone who has the availability to commit to consistent weekly availability (30–40 hours preferred) if selected

2. Examples of ads and/or briefs that you have produced
(even better: dive into a winning ad that worked and why, or an ad that failed and how you diagnosed it)

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
