I'm hiring a Senior Graphic Designer & Content Creator to support:
- Tourism & Hospitality Design

You must be a true Canva Expert and able to design from scratch, not just modify templates.

PROJECT 1: Monthly Food Specials (Template-Based)
Loom Video Explainer:
Each month, a PDF calendar is provided. You will:
- Update dates accurately
- Insert food specials and pricing
- Maintain layout consistency
- Ensure zero date errors
Time: less than 1 hour
PROJECT 2: Promotional Campaign Creative (Tourism, Hospitality & Casino Marketing)
Loom Video Explainer:
This requires real Promotional Design skill.
Milestone 1 – Concept
Create one strong 690×520 concept aligned with brand and promotion.
Milestone 2 – Final Production
Once approved:
- Build final version including: Food or hotel specials + Dates, pricing, disclaimer, logo, URL
- Resize across all required formats

Required:
- Canva Expert
- HeyGen
- Experience with AI Twin / Avatar workflows
- Strong design eye
This portion will be hourly with a defined weekly cap.

- Experience with AI Video Content
- Strong layout and campaign design experience
Bonus:
- Tourism / Hospitality / Casino Marketing experience
- International Graphic Designer (preferred but not required)
