Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Participate in inventory control procedures and stock counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Support the logistics team in meeting daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a strong advantage.
- Must be capable of consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
