Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and checking for damages.
- Stock merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50-75 pounds consistently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles is advantageous.
