Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and checking for damages.
  • Stock merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus.
  • Ability to perform lifting up to 50-75 pounds consistently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles is advantageous.
